Mental Health Service Delivery Lead

We are looking for a seasoned Mental Health Service Delivery Lead to join our team in driving excellence in mental health services. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of service users.
With a strong background in mental health nursing or a related field, you will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver outstanding results. You will be responsible for working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive transformation and improve outcomes for service users.
The ideal candidate will have a detailed knowledge of legal issues pertaining to specialist services, including MHA 1983 and Ministry of Justice procedures. They will also have extensive experience of risk assessment and management, as well as high-level management skills.
