Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Support Worker to join our Community Forensic Team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of the team, you will provide support to individuals in their recovery journey through secure care and into the community.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience of working with people with complex co-morbidities and vulnerabilities, as well as knowledge of mental health presentations and medications. You will be able to assess and manage risk, work independently, and demonstrate empathy, compassion, and patience towards people with mental health difficulties.
The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
