About the Role

This is a flexible hour opportunity as a Mental Health Support Worker, working in our inspiring and friendly teams at our Dawlish & Sidmouth Services. The salary for this role is estimated to be £25,000-£30,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with service users to help them achieve their personal goals and access the necessary support on their recovery journey.
  • Utilize the recovery model along with communication, motivation, and coaching skills to help service users achieve their goals.
