At AppZen, Inc., we're revolutionizing the way businesses manage their spend-to-pay processes. As an AI Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in software sales development and a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets. You'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, researching their business needs, and engaging with decision-makers to showcase the benefits of our artificial intelligence solutions.

You'll be working closely with our team to develop strategies for breaking into new accounts and generating pipeline. With your expertise in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized emails, you'll be able to build relationships with key stakeholders and drive business growth.

We offer a superb compensation package, including a salary of £35,000, plus uncapped commission of up to £25,000, making the total OTE £60,000+. You'll also receive great benefits, including hybrid working arrangements, travel opportunities, and more.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Previous software sales development experience
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Expertise in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized emails
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What success looks like:

  • Month 1: 4-week structured onboarding program
  • Month 2: Half quota (3 S1s), putting training into practice
  • Month 3: Full quota (6 S1s), generating pipeline and booking meetings
