About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administration & Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on motoring and cycling products, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Offer expert advice on motoring and cycling products, including car parts fitting and cycle repair
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including promotions and offers
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence

Requirements
  • Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
  • A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
  • Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
