Pastoral Support Lead

We are currently looking for a skilled Pastoral Manager to join our dedicated team at Pontville School. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with complex emotional and behavioural needs, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate their team.
As a Pastoral Manager at Pontville School, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our young people. You will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to meet the individual needs of each young person, while also working closely with families and other professionals to achieve this goal.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with children with ASC, ADHD or SEMH in a school or care setting. They will also have expertise in supporting and resolving difficulties, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate their team.
We offer a competitive salary range of £30,060 - £34,314 per annum, plus excellent benefits including training, holidays, progression opportunities, flexible benefits, wellbeing support, medical cover, beautiful working environments, and a contributory pension scheme.
