Salary range: £43,000 - £64,500 per annum

We are seeking an experienced youth wellbeing programme coordinator to join our team at Witherslack Group. As a Pastoral Care Manager, you will work closely with our therapeutic teams to deliver high-quality support and guidance to young people with complex needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of programmes and interventions to promote positive behaviour and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with teaching and therapeutic staff to ensure seamless delivery of support and guidance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with children with ASC, ADHD or SEMH
  • NVQ 3 in Care or Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification
  • Leadership related qualification desirable
  • Possitive Behaviour Support (PBS) certification
