Support Staff Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Professional to join our team at Charles Hunter Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting vulnerable children and young people with Emotional Behaviour Disorders, and/or disabilities and challenging behaviours.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing home environment for our children and young people to live, learn and grow. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with emotional Behaviour Disorders, and/or disabilities and challenging behaviours.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providng support to our children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional and educational development. You must have a driving licence and your own vehicle to enable travel to Ormskirk service.
The salary for this position starts from £12 per hour PAYE and £14.57 per hour Umbrella, offering a competitive package. Benefits include holiday pay, weekly pay, pension, e-learning training and a dedicated consultant.
