About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pastoral Manager to join our team at Witherslack Group. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional needs of our young people.

With a strong background in working with children with complex emotional and behavioural needs, including ASC, ADHD, and SEMH, you will be responsible for leading your team to provide high-quality care and education.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with young people with similar needs, as well as expertise in supporting families and resolving difficulties. A leadership-related qualification and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training would be advantageous.
