Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Pastoral Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our pastoral care team, you'll work closely with our young people, families, and staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality education and care services
  • Developing personalized plans with teachers and other support staff
  • Working with families to resolve difficulties and improve outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working with young people with complex needs, such as ASC, ADHD, or SEMH
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A deep understanding of legislation and guidance around safeguarding and child protection
