We're seeking an experienced Pastoral Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our pastoral care team, you'll work closely with our young people, families, and staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the emotional and social needs of our young people
- Working with teachers and other support staff to develop personalized plans
- Providing guidance and advice to students, parents, and carers
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience working with young people with complex needs, such as ASC, ADHD, or SEMH
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
