The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, with the ability to adhere to HACCP procedures and maintain accurate records of food temperatures. A proactive approach to improving service quality and participating in discussions with the kitchen team will also be essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in discussions to improve service quality and efficiency

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
