Claims Team Member

At Spotlightjobs, we're seeking a talented and experienced customer service advisor to join our claims team. This is an exciting opportunity for career development in motor claims.
As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound communication with policyholders, ensuring effective communication of claim decisions and progression, and working closely with other claims handlers to validate and settle claims fairly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Exceeding customer service level expectations and owning all inbound communication
- Maintaining thorough chronological record keeping of all activity within file claim notes
- Effectively managing diaries to reduce settlement times
Required Skills:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Facts finding and analytical skills to result in accurate decision making
- Detailed oriented with excellent administration and processing skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on communication
- A motivated self-starter with confidence in own abilities
- Persuasive communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Salary: £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Flexible remote work options available
