Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Team Member to join our team in providing high-quality meals for over 60,000 school children across Lancashire.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cooking, serving food and beverages, and maintaining accurate records and stock control.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cooking and serving food and beverages in accordance with agreed menus and production plans
- Directing and/or supervising other employees as required
- Ordering supplies and storing deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records and stock control
A recognised catering qualification and/or food hygiene certificate would be desirable, as would experience of catering for large numbers. A valid driving licence with access to a vehicle is also essential.
We offer a competitive salary and great benefits, including a petrol allowance. Please note that this post is subject to a DBS disclosure and requires the use of a vehicle for business use.
