We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to join our Children's Therapy Service in West Lancashire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership and supervision, facilitating a culture of learning and reflective practice. Your expertise will be essential in driving service improvement and ensuring the highest standards of care for our children and families.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a mixed clinical caseload of children and/or young people with complex and/or additional needs.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision, promoting a culture of learning and reflective practice.
- Develop and implement service improvements, ensuring the highest standards of care for our children and families.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and transform clinical pathways, ensuring they are evidence-based and centred around the needs of our children and families.

Requirements- Professional Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
