At Mint People, we're seeking talented individuals to join our contract catering team as a Culinary Team Member. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality food and service in a variety of settings.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about cooking and providing excellent customer service. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, preparing and cooking meals to the highest standards, while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
Your Responsibilities- Preparing and cooking meals in your designated station
- Collaborating with the culinary team to deliver exceptional food and service
- Stocktaking and ordering supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards at all times
We offer competitive rates of pay, ranging from £16-17 per hour, paid weekly every Friday. This role is ideal for those who value flexibility, as you'll have the ability to choose your own schedule. With many venues located across the UK, this role offers excellent career progression opportunities.
As a successful candidate, you'll have the chance to work in various settings, including schools, care homes, prisons, and catering venues. If you drive and have your own vehicle, some venues may require this, so please note this requirement.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have a passion for cooking and providing exceptional customer service. A strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure are essential. Additionally, fluency in English and the right to work in the UK are required.
