Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will deliver high standards of personal care and provide a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the wellbeing of each resident and reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant authorities.
  • Implementing and monitoring person-centred care plans, including regular evaluations and updates.
  • Supporting residents with their medication requirements, including administering medication as required.
  • Undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development and training.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience as a Senior Care Assistant and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and provide a high level of care and support to our residents.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary and benefits package, including annual leave, sick pay, and pension scheme. The estimated salary for this role is £14.50-£17.50 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
