About Central Staffing Solutions Ltd, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent contract. The successful applicant will play a vital role in upholding our reputation of excellent customer service while maintaining relationships and ensuring all records are logged effectively.
Job DescriptionThe post provides both clerical and administrative support to managers, either as part of a team or individually depending on the task. This role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of businesses.
- Answering incoming calls from customers and clients
- Maintaining client relationships by informing them on the progress of a claim and taking new instructions over the phone and via email
- Maintaining case files and following office procedures
- Accurately logging comprehensive details of the claim
- Uploading jobs to our company database
- Planning routes nationwide
- Ensuring client portals are kept up to date regularly
We are offering a competitive salary up to £26,000 - dependent on experience, working Monday to Friday, with benefits including a permanent contract.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven Customer Service experience
- Crm experience would be beneficial
- Competent daily user of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
