Administrative Support Specialist

Resourcing Group has an exciting opportunity for a Support Desk Administrator to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a central point of contact for clients, engineers, and sub-contractors. Key duties include keeping in-house and client systems up-to-date, liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of works, and dealing with incoming calls and emails efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring all client instructions are accurately logged
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails
- Allocating jobs to engineers and sub-contractors
- Recording all communication and arrangements on the company's in-house system and client portals
- Chasing for updates and paperwork
- Communicating with colleagues/team members - keeping them informed of client changes/requirements
- Delivering outstanding customer service by responding promptly, remaining courteous and professional at all times
- Escalating requests where a satisfactory resolution has not been provided or where higher-level management input is required
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to multitask. Previous administration experience is essential, and the candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A can-do attitude, flexibility, and adaptability are also crucial for this role.
A salary of £24,440 is offered for this position, commensurate with experience and location in Cambridgeshire.
