We are recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join our team at Interaction Recruitment.

About the Job

You will be responsible for handling incoming client enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. You will also be working closely with our engineers and sub-contractors to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to/from clients/sub-contractors/engineers
  • Email correspondence with clients/colleagues/sub-contractors/engineers
  • Regular updates to our bespoke IT system
  • Quote preparation and amendments from engineers and sub-contractors
  • Dispatching accepted quoted works orders to sub-contractors and engineers
  • Utilising Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes to quotes or acceptances

We require a detail-oriented and organised individual who can effectively manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Estimated Salary: £22,600 - £24,690 per annum
