We are seeking a Development Manager - Donor Engagement to join our team at Rainbow Trust Children's Charity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the cultivation and stewardship of potential and existing major donors, trusts and statutory bodies, driving the growth of a portfolio of existing supporters and new prospects giving at the five and six figure gift level.

This role requires a strong track record of achieving challenging income targets and effective prospect management, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Engagement, the Development Manager - Donor Engagement will work closely with Care service colleagues, the finance team and the wider fundraising and engagement team to develop inspiring fundraising cases of support, and impact reporting.

This role has line management responsibility for three experienced fundraisers who manage their own portfolios of Major Donors, Trusts, and Foundations.

Up to £45,000 per annum + benefits (inc 25 days holiday + annual leave and pension) in Leatherhead, Surrey. Flexible working hours available.
