About You

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and a genuine passion for working with children and young people. Relevant experience and qualifications are highly desirable. You must also be able to work effectively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability as required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support children in their daily needs, including meal preparation, laundry, and personal care.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our service users.
  • Encourage children to participate in educational activities and recreational pursuits, promoting their overall well-being and development.
Our Offering
  • A competitive salary range of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum.
