We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team at The National Autistic Society. As an Autism Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to autistic adults in our residential services.

Your primary responsibility will be to help individuals achieve independence and personal goals, including supporting and transporting them to integrate into their community.

Our ideal candidate will have experience supporting vulnerable people in a residential setting and share our values of making a difference to the lives of autistic people.

Flexibility is key in this role, as you will need to work evenings and weekends to meet the needs of our service users and their families.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,010.56 per annum for a full-time position (37 hours). Our benefits package includes auto-enrolled pension scheme, 33 days annual leave, excellent induction, training and development programme, and more.
