The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work within our delivery team, where you will be responsible for delivering frozen meals to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition.

In addition to delivering frozen meals, you will also be responsible for picking orders within our coldstore, using our app to update customers' deliveries, and undertaking pre-shift inspections of your van. You will also be required to drive safely, responsibly, and within the law, and to clean and refuel your van as and when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full UK manual driving licence, basic computer literacy including use of phone apps, evidence of work stability, and basic secondary education. Experience within a customer service-based role and experience of multi-drop delivery roles would be desirable.

You must also have good attendance and timekeeping, be friendly, approachable, and reliable, and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
