The Associate Partner Construction Project Manager Role

The role of Associate Partner Construction Project Manager offers a substantial and diverse portfolio of projects within the Construction Industry. This encompasses a wide spectrum of sectors, including industrial, leisure, healthcare, education, residential (comprising social and developer projects), office fit-outs, and projects involving listed buildings and conservation.

The successful Associate Partner Construction Project Manager will play a multifaceted role, extending beyond daily administrative tasks. They will be entrusted with building robust, enduring relationships with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, they will lead a team dedicated to maintaining a stellar track record of service and reputation. Collaboration with fellow associates and equity partners will be a key facet of their responsibilities, as will attending site visits to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • RICS Chartered Membership (preferred)
  • Extensive experience across small projects through to larger multi-million pound projects
  • Previous consultancy experience required
  • Competent in MS Office software
  • Proactive and responsive attitude
  • Team player
  • Diverse build sector experience
