About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Morgan Sindall Construction. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of construction projects, adhering to our perfect delivery philosophy, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the site, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and standards, within budget and on programmes.
  2. Supervise direct labour and coordinate the activities of trades and subcontractors to achieve efficient operations and meet quality and cost standards.
  3. Establish and maintain site set up and welfare facilities.
  4. Provide feedback on objectives and training needs, as requested.
  5. Communicate sub-contractor performance to relevant parties.
  6. Offer assistance in project review of other sites.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in the main contracting market, preferably with experience of working on Life Sciences and Commercial Office schemes between £10 and £75 million. A good understanding of construction techniques and a HNC/HND (or equivalent) in construction, CIOB, First Aid, CSCS, and preferably CITB 5 day and Temporary works training are essential.
