As a SEND Teaching Assistant Placement, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to achieve their full potential. The Vision for Education team are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our National Teaching Assistant Programme and work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide educational and emotional support to pupils with SEN.

About the Role:
This position involves working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored support plans for pupils with SEN. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and understanding manner, be able to build positive relationships with children and young people, and be passionate about improving outcomes for those in their care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide educational and emotional support to pupils with SEN
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored support plans
- Build positive relationships with children and young people, promoting social, emotional, and academic well-being

Requirements:
- Compassionate and understanding approach towards children and young people with SEN
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and young people, their families, and colleagues
- Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with SEN
- Flexible, proactive, and a team player
