About the role:


We are working with a special education needs school in the Hatfield region to find a dedicated and compassionate teacher who can make a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.


Every student can learn, just not on the same day, or in the same way.


As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to provide support to students with special educational needs.


Key responsibilities:



  • Support students with special educational needs in the classroom
  • Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation
  • Provide one-to-one support to students as needed

Requirements:



  • Relevant qualifications and experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
