We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team in the Oxford area. As a leading provider of complex care packages, we offer a challenging and rewarding role for a skilled RSCN looking to advance their career.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and their families, while creating personalized care plans that meet each child's unique needs. This role requires exceptional leadership and management skills, as well as experience in managing complex care packages and building relationships with clients' families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver individualized care plans tailored to each child's needs
  • Lead the multidisciplinary team through effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs within your caseload
  • Develop and implement nursing interventions, including medication management
  • Foster strong relationships with clients' families and community teams to establish bespoke care packages

Salary and Benefits:

  • Up to £50,000 per annum DOE
  • £3,000 car allowance
  • Two days working from home per week/three days in the community
  • Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
  • 33 days holiday
