Children's Nurse Specialist

**About the Role**
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Children's nurse to join our team. As a Band 5 nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, supported by evidence-based practice.
The ideal candidate will have a UK recognised Degree in Nursing relevant to the post and be able to demonstrate ongoing professional development through maintenance of an NMC revalidation or equivalent. A post-graduate qualification related to an area of practice is desirable.
The salary for this position is £30,402 - £40,441 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for further professional and academic development, as well as a supportive team environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care underpinned by evidence-based practice
- Maintain and develop high standards of nursing care, reflecting professional nursing practice and patient care
- Support senior band members and delegate, supervise and support unregistered workforce and students
- Be self-aware and responsible for own training needs, skill enhancement and registration renewal
