Job Summary

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Investigator to join our team. As a Human Resources Investigator, you will be responsible for leading and managing small-scale investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and allegations of misconduct.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage investigations in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining discretion and professionalism.
  • Conduct meetings with complainants, witnesses, and subjects of investigations.
  • Ensure all relevant information is captured and documented.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all investigation activities, including meeting notes, findings, and final reports.
  • Report case updates to the HR Director regularly.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related projects.

Requirements

  • You will be a confident communicator and excellent groomer with the ability to lead and develop your team and influence across all areas of the business.
  • You will have a hands-on approach and take a proactive role with managers in order to identify and support Learning & Development needs for all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel standards with evidence of successful implementation of high-level service and product standards.
  • Accountable and resilient.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
