About the Role

This 6-month Fixed Term Interim position will be based in London and will report directly to the HR Director. The successful candidate will lead and manage small-scale investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and allegations of misconduct, ensuring all relevant information is captured and documented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations, maintaining discretion and professionalism, and complete them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is confidential and properly filed.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related projects and assist with tasks assigned by the HR Director.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of hotel standards, and experience in investigation and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, be proactive in identifying and supporting Learning & Development needs, and possess excellent organization and time management skills.

Benefits and Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is £43,680 - £53,680 (dependent on experience), plus benefits including 28 days paid holiday, exclusive high-street discounts, industry-leading Team Member discounts, access to leadership and development programmes, and more.
