About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced education assistant to support our team in the Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) at Greenford High School. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year.

The successful candidate will have experience working with secondary-aged pupils with special educational needs (SEN), particularly Autism (ASD), ADHD, and challenging behaviour. They will work alongside our dedicated team to implement tailored strategies to help students manage their needs and behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To build positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and progress.
  • To implement individualized strategies to support students with SEN.
  • To collaborate with the teaching staff to develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Education or related field.
  • Experience working with SEN pupils.
  • DBS clearance on the Update Service.
