We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in schools across Waltham Forest. As a key member of the school community, you will be responsible for providing dedicated support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and promoting their independence and confidence.
Key Features:
- Daily Rate: Competitive pay of £95-£115, based on experience.
- Work Schedule: Full-time positions available for long-term roles in supportive schools.
- Location: Schools in East London, specifically in Waltham Forest.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN, including those with complex needs.
- Promote independence and self-confidence in pupils, ensuring they feel included and supported.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting children with SEN, including those with complex needs.
- A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with children.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2/3 in Childcare or SEN-specific training, are advantageous.
