Dedicated Support Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Support Staff member to join our team at Active SEN, supporting students aged 4-16 with diverse special educational needs.

Working Environment: Based in Woodford, the working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary and Perks: The estimated daily wage for this position is £85 - £100, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes canteen access, flexible dress code, company events, pension plan, free parking, employee referrals, and remote work options.

Key Duties:

  1. Ensure a well-maintained and organized classroom setting, including relevant equipment.
  2. Document student observations throughout the school day to contribute to their records.
  3. Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding students' needs and progress.
  4. Foster a positive attitude, embodying the expected behavior standards.
  5. Cultivate an inclusive environment by encouraging active pupil participation.
  6. Offer tailored teaching and learning support, leveraging suitable technology.
  7. Assist students with special educational needs and individualized requirements.

Essential Requirements: A valid enhanced DBS certificate is mandatory for this position.

Work Arrangement: Full-time role with a standard day shift schedule, Monday to Friday.
