Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Support Worker to join our team at Tempest Resourcing Limited. As a Support Worker for SEN Pupils, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of pupils with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pupil Support: Establish a warm and supportive relationship with pupils aged 4-19, responding to their varying needs and promoting their development.
  • Collaboration with Staff: Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective support for pupils with SEN.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience working with pupils with SEN in an employed or voluntary setting.
  • Qualifications: Level 2 qualification in Support Work for Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
  • Education: GCSE Maths and English Language qualification minimum Grade 4 or equivalent.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
