Estate Agency Leader

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the estate agency team to achieve outstanding sales performance.
  • Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the property register.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement business objectives.
  • Manage employee performance to achieve excellent customer service and maximum revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or a related field.
  • Able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Able to think strategically and implement effective solutions.
What We Offer:

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
