Branch Manager Opportunity

Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Estate Agency professional to lead our dynamic team in Dulwich. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily meetings, coaching the team, and monitoring individual performance. You will also focus on generating new and repeat business, developing strong relationships with vendors and buyers, and ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
  • Coach the team to achieve KPIs
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance
  • Encourage team development and progression
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Liaise with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch
  • Ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Attention to detail
