We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Agent to join our Stanmore Branch as an Executive Sales Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and expanding Estate Agency that rewards and recognises excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
  2. Lead and manage a team of Estate Agents to achieve sales targets and excellence in customer service
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  4. Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in Estate Agency and customer service
  2. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
