About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Valuation Specialist to join our team at Foxtons Estate Agents. As a key member of our Central London office, you will be responsible for valuing and instructing properties for sale in one of London's most sought-after locations.

As a Property Valuation Specialist, you will work closely with our senior management team to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth. You will be responsible for conducting quality valuations, winning instructions for sale, and developing and motivating members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the highest level of service to all clients and set the standards for the rest of the team
  • Develop, motivate, and train members of the team
  • Increase market share and support business development objectives and continued growth in revenue
  • Conduct quality valuations and win instructions for sale
  • Work closely with senior management on high-profile instructions and clients
  • Regular contact with landlords and tenants

About You

We are looking for someone who has past or present experience renting or selling property in London, ideally in Central London. You should have experience valuing and listing properties in London and possess the personality to self-motivate and desire to take on an exciting new challenge.
