About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Valuer to join our team at Foxtons Estate Agents. As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, valuing and listing properties for sale or rent in London, and working closely with senior management on high-profile instructions and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver outstanding service to clients, setting the standard for the rest of the team
  2. Develop and motivate team members, driving success and innovation across the company
  3. Increase market share and support business development objectives, contributing to revenue growth
  4. Conduct thorough valuations and secure instructions for sale
  5. Collaborate with senior management on high-profile clients and instructions
  6. Maintain regular contact with landlords and tenants

About You

We are looking for someone with past or present experience renting or selling property in London, ideally in Central London. You should have experience valuing and listing properties in London, be self-motivated, and have a strong personality. A full UK driving license is also required.
