About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Valuer to join our team at Foxtons Estate Agents. As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, valuing and listing properties for sale or rent in London, and working closely with senior management on high-profile instructions and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct quality valuations and win instructions for sale
  2. Deliver the highest level of service to all clients and set the standards for the rest of the team
  3. Develop, motivate, and train members of the team
  4. Increase market share and support business development objectives and continued growth in revenue
  5. Regular contact with landlords and tenants

About You

Requirements
  1. Have past or present experience renting or selling property in London, ideally in Central London
  2. Have experience valuing and listing properties in London
  3. Have the personality to self-motivate and desire to take on an exciting new challenge
  4. Hold a full UK driving license (automatic or manual)
