As a Residential Children\u2019s Home Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in ensuring the well-being and development of our residents. This includes creating and implementing care plans, conducting regular supervisions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of each resident
  • Conduct regular supervisions and provide feedback to staff
  • Maintain accurate records of resident progress and incidents
  • Collaborate with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members
Requirements
  • Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People
  • Full UK driving license
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including sleep-ins
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
