Job Title: Residential Children's Home Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Children's Home Team Leader to join our team at Bay View Childcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a safe, secure, and supportive environment for children and young adults with social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager in ensuring the provision of high-quality childcare services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of each child
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and inclusive environment
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and Bay View Childcare policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People
  • Full UK driving license
