Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential homes.

About the Role:

  • Support children and young people in all aspects of their daily lives, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families.
  • Encourage children to participate in activities, such as education, leisure, and social events.
  • Monitor and report any concerns or issues related to the children's welfare.

Requirements:

  • No experience is necessary, but a genuine desire to help others is essential.
  • A UK manual driving license is required for use of company vehicles.
  • Ability to work long day shifts, including sleep-ins, and rotating shifts.
  • Desirable: Children's Residential Level 3 qualification.
