Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at ROC Northwest. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with adverse childhood experiences and complex needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide individualized support to children and young people, addressing their unique needs and goals

* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans

* Foster positive relationships with children, young people, and their families

* Maintain a safe and healthy living environment, ensuring the well-being of all residents

* Participate in activities that promote socialization, education, and personal growth

* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements

Requirements:

* A Children's Residential Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential

* A manual UK driving license is required for company vehicle use

* Ability to work long day shifts, including sleep-ins from 10pm to 7am

* Rotating shifts, including weekends

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable children and young people
