Job Title: Residential Children's Home Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Residential Team Leader to join our established Residential Team at Bayview. The successful candidate will be working in one of our family feel children's homes in Capernwray, Carnforth, with a maximum of four young people per home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the leadership and management of the day-to-day operations of the Home.
  • Support in providing a safe, secure, homely and positive environment for the children and young adults in the home.
  • Help guide young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties to success.
  • Deputise for the Registered Manager at any time when the Registered Manager is not physically present at the Home.

Requirements:

  • Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.
  • Full UK driving license.
