Job Title: Residential Children's Home Team Leader

Bay View Childcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Children's Home Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, secure, and supportive environment for young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of each child, in line with Bay View's policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all legal requirements and Ofsted standards are met, and that staff are approachable, friendly, and professional in their interactions with children.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and inclusive environment, promoting the well-being and success of each child.
  • Manage the rota, sleeping duties, and on-call arrangements, ensuring compliance with Bay View's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships with children and staff.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
