Job Title: Residential Children's Home Team Leader

Bay View Childcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Children's Home Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, secure, and supportive environment for children and young adults with social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to children and young adults.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Ensure that all legal requirements, Ofsted standards, and Bay View Childcare policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Build positive relationships with children, young adults, and colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Manage the rota, sleeping duties, and on-call arrangements to ensure the smooth operation of the home.

Requirements:

  • Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.
  • Full UK driving license.
