Job Title: Residential Children's Home Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Residential Team Leader to join our established Residential Team at Bay View Childcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a safe, secure, and positive environment for children and young adults in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the leadership and management of the day-to-day operations of the Home.
  • Support the development of care plans that meet the pre-agreed standards and are reviewed in line with the pre-agreed timescales.
  • Ensure that all legal requirements, Ofsted standards, and policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family, friends, placing authorities, and other relevant parties.
  • Work proactively and constructively with children to build relationships, add to their quality of life, and build foundations for future personal success.
Requirements:
  • Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with residents, family, friends, and other relevant parties.
